Things I found notable:
So it appears that the first trains will not be running until 8, rather than 7. Although it's possible this is either a typo, or they haven't figured out their replacement paths.
So the coach services will only replace certain train services, and as you can probably see, will be "very limited"
When they publish it, I'll post a follow up, but it sounds like the buses will probably be very few and far between, and considering it's the morning peak, probably very packed. If you have the choice, consider going where you need to go later in the day, or getting a lift to a metro station
