We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.

Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.
A polite request, not a rule, if you feel the need to report a comment, please don't reply to it.

"DNA evidence implicated 9 of the men" yet only one is going to jail.
If that was my sister... I'd probably end up in jail.
These judges/politicians are just pushing for French Revolution II.
Thats why the Germans make it so you have to demostrate "trustworthiness" and the need to own a gun. Of course, politicians are automatically trustworthy and have a need.
Can't have the ~~Jews~~ people armed, gotta have them dependent on the government. In the name of safety of course.

Are you implying that current laws in Germany are antisemetic?
They historically have that component, yes. Its like how the 1934 NFA in America was trying to keep black people from arming themselves.
Scroll down to the bit about the "The 1938 Regulations Against Jews' Possession of Weapons, which came into force the day after Kristallnacht,[12][13] effectively deprived all Jews living under Nazi rule of the right to possess any form of weapons, including truncheons, knives, firearms and ammunition."
The judge is a lady, and no they wouldn't.
I assume you have an example of this happening, as this is not the first bad call in a sexual assault case a judge has made.
So show me the statue.
You've been at least reasonable in other comments. This one doesn't rise to that level.
