I've used Stealth client andits's still working on reddit, crossing my fingers
Stealth never has had account integrations because its only a reddit viewer, and I think recently its also switched over to just web scraping old.reddit.com
Most likely this won't work forever - just like fritter (open source twitter reader) they will patch the scraping into oblivion
