Does anyone make this adapter or would i need to make my own? I want to use my old dell vista case, but build a modern PC inside. I am a newbie so i am trying to learn the best approach. Any help would be appreciated.

Jesus fucking christ almighty go on youtube and look up how to build a PC, modding one when you know nothing is one of the dumbest things you can do. Holy shit.

You already have a micro ATX motherboard. What are you trying to adapt??

Thanks for this! This is exactly what i was looking for! I will most likely buy a case to get the PC going, but convert over after finishing the case. Thanks everyone for the all of the information and help!
