CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.

Before this I was using MSI B550m mortar with r7 5700x, but right now i feel like i want to change from AMD to Intel. I asked the seller which spec is okay and the seller recommended me this spec but i never use asrock mobo before so do you guys think its okay or ? Need some opinion

I have the build you are talking about. I love it. Its not time for me to oc it yet. Only tried 5.7 once . Was okay but the went back to Stock cause i didn't see any difference in gaming... So yeah...
