Disgusting article by the bbc. Innocent until proven guilty. What they are suggesting should happen in these situations is incredibly dangerous.
Innocent until proven guilty only means you cannot yet have your freedom taken away.
It doesn't mean that you can tie the system in knots in an attempt to intimidate or pressurize women out of coming forward.
Small depressing problem: assuming all the men are innocent means that you're assuming all the women are guilty
