Would be funny if ROCm suddenly becomes competitive enough against CUDA

They will for sure, but I can see them also contributing to ROCm to work around the lack of CUDA computing resources

US is not going to side against Nvidia for AMD, when AMD performance gets to par, they will get the cut as well
