I plan to start again, to push regularly. I maybe opt for a every second day rotation, so that the days in the week change.

Is there an example of a year long training plan, for someone who wants to achieve 10km under an hour with "easy" feeling tempo?

I always tended to gravitate towards easy runs, but ended being up slower and slower.
