2600x < 3600 < 5600 < 5800x3d has been my path on AM4. With all the new x3d chips, us gamers won't need to upgrade for a few years. Would never be possible with Intel.

You upgrade every gen, why stop at Zen 3D? It’s not like you ever started with chasing top performance.
