CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.

A better CPU cooler.

Stock intel CPU cooler sucks if you are running that. Also if you are running that, you probably want to use the stock 65w power limit.

I have a i5-12400, and it would get pretty hot and noisy with the stock cooler. I replace it with a cheap 120mm single tower and now it's quiet even after removing the power limits.
