I just received my RM2 on Friday! I have already started foldering and creating things as my main purpose for usage is work related.

I have read in this reddit about some different programs I can use to get other backgrounds, templates, etc. I am a generic tech savvy person (very self taught and YT videos with most anything I've done when learning new platforms and programs.) From what I've seen, there are about 3 options - SSH (this seems like a foreign language to me 🙃), RCU (seems like someone made this and not AS foreign as SSH, with minimal cost), and EInkpads.com (seems rather self-explanatory, the cost is what deters me).

My other question - how much are you purchasing from 3rd party makers vs making your own templates?

Hello there, I'm just gonna suggest remarkable hacks from ddvk on GitHub

It's only for version 2, the 3 breaks things sadly, and they're binary patches, but incredibly usefull. (Downgrade is possible I think)

Also here's a list of many great projects if you'd be interested in hacking your RM a bit more :)
