If you have an AMD Framework, the reason why it won't connect to wifi is because there are no wifi drivers installed. To bypass this, press shift + F10 or function + shift + F10 which should open up a command prompt. Then type in this command oobe\BypassNRO and press enter. The laptop will restart and when you get to the network page, it should allow you to bypass it. When you finish setting up Windows, run the Framework driver bundle then you'll have wifi.
Any idea if you still have to go through this if you swap out the AMD wireless card for the Intel AX210 before installing Windows?
