CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.

Sorry if this has been flogged to death, but I figure it’s good to keep the discussion up-to-date!

I’ve recently picked up a 14700k and I’m wondering which motherboards are the way to go, or rather, which ones to avoid. Eyeing off the Z790 chipset.

Budget is $500 AUD, but would prefer not to spend any more than I have to.

Z790-E, been loving this motherboard ever since I got it. Only complaint I have is the ASUS software taking a lot of processes but other than that it's an amazing motherboard desired for my needs.

!Also yes I know I could disable all those processes and make my system faster but I kinda like the aesthetics I've built into my room.!<
