I eat oatmeal most mornings and for years I hated it until I figured out how I like it. This is my formula and it works for me.

Old fashioned oats (quick oats are fine too)
Peanut butter power
Truvia brown sugar

I use tap water and only just enough. I like my oats thick and not mushy. Just enough water that it's not crunchy.

Never heard of it. It's there a specific reason to get powder instead of a jar? Does it last longer or something
