Even Medium has a mastodon instance and account! @[email protected].
It's a pity that lemmy still can't communicate with mastodon.
It can, what do you mean? I've seen people commenting on communities from Mastodon for months
Can we comment to mastodon?
Yes, but only if the Mastodon post you want to comment on tags a Lemmy community. Lemmy doesn't have a concept of a post without a community.
I imagine mastodon has a lot more developers so they added compatibility first
We constantly do. If you have a mastodon.social account and open this link, you would see all the posts of the community: https://mastodon.social/@[email protected]
How can I tag @[email protected] ?
me.md isn't even a used domain You probably meant me.dm
@[email protected]
Indeed. Tagging doesn't work, regardless.
It kind of does. If you have a Mastodon.social account, this link would open all the posts in this community in Mastodon: https://mastodon.social/@[email protected]
From Mastodon, you would need to indeed tag it so that it would appear here.
Kbin does the microblogging thing
