How is the graphic memory of the iris xe works? (alien.top)

A game i want to play needs a nap minimum of 2gb and white iam running "can i run it" i shows my card has failed the minimum requirements. While searching for info online i see that this card supposed to have 4gb so what am i missing here?

Some games use a whitelist of GPU's, it's always a problem on older games. Most the time editing a text file to tell the game to override the whitelist works, Shogun 2 is a good example (they did not plan for GPU's with more than 2GB VRAM lol).
