The 7800x3d is also on sale for $386. Non-USA ppl are right to cry all along the CPU stack.

I mean currently the 7800X3d is cheaper than that in Finland, 390€ with 24% tax, ~$340-345 without tax converted, so I think non-usa ppl are just fine.
