Is this Celsius or Fahrenheit? In Brazil it's late spring now, since it is on the southern hemisphere.

There's only one region in Brazil where dry weather is common, and that ain't it.

Perceived temperature. IRC a combination of moisture and actual temperature.

Too hot/humid and you can no longer sweat properly, and slowly overheat and eventually die, even with a fan on.
