The 7800X3Ds 1080P result for Starfield is worse than the 1440P for some reason. Same with the 1% low in some other games.

That's (Starfield) probably just run to run variance. The difference is so small it might as well be margin of error.

It mostly is because of the aged Bethesda Engine. It was called Creation or something. At that time, games preferred high single core clock speeds, something out of reach for AMD even now.
