Not only is using others' code now in vogue (I took a class maybe 5 years ago and they basically said scan the web and find code to copy, when I asked then how are we learning I was told that's how it's done. I quit and taught myself). Stealing IP is the Silicon Valley way. Many companies started by stealing IP but no one knew or those who did know, were complicit so stayed silent. It's really unethical, illegal and they should pay a price for it. Even years or decades later. This case is boldface theft as are most.

Tell me you’re not working in Silicon Valley without telling me you’re not working in Silicon Valley.
