We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.
Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.

A polite request, not a rule, if you feel the need to report a comment, please don't reply to it.

Do you expect me to sit around doing nothing? I'm not starting shit, and that's good enough for me. If Momo wan'ts to be an ass, then I will gladly point to it as an example of how awful conservatism is.

How do you see somebody saying "Lmao you fucking dense or something?" and not do anything about it? What happened to the no bad faith comments rule?

So let me get this straight.

I add to the conversation with a helpful suggestion.
Momo attacks me
I report it
2 days pass
No action has been taken as a result of the report, leaving me to believe that you found Momo's comment to be acceptable
I respond in kind

And yet somehow I am the bag guy, told by you to "grow the fuck up", and you call me a toddler? Somehow I am the uncivil one?

And then to top it all off:

You go back on your promise to try to let people edit their comments before removing them, and instead go straight to banning
The "Lmao you fucking dense or something" comment is still up, as if a comment like that should ever remotely be kept around

All I said was that conservatism as an ideology is ugly (hateful), and Momo's comments are the shining star example at the moment. Maybe I should have clarified a little further, sure. I'm not here insulting people's intelligence. I'm not the one using slurs. I'm not the one calling people 5 year olds/toddlers. I'm not the problem here.

You're right, I'm sorry.

I messaged peepin because I was too emotionally invested. Momo was being the asshole, not you.

And fair cop to me failing to let you edit comments. That's my fuckup.

From now on, I'm going to let peepin judge you, that should keep the problems from happening.

Edit: Within practical means. If Peepin disappears or something, then that changes.

Thank you for being honest and apologizing, I respect you more than I do 99.99% of other conservatives for that. I'll edit my original comment to make it less aggressive.

Things can get heated, and I'll admit I am not immune to it either. And I apologize for that in turn.
