I’m asking because Geekbench 6 only shows a 24% better single core score, The snappiness of my system it feels a lot more that 24% faster, Do you think the increased cache or the 5Ghz clock speed in the real world is a lot more than 24% faster? Thanks for any info

I have both an M1 and a 13600K and they feel equally responsive. Can you give any specific examples?

Loading a daily mail page for a example, scrolling down as all the ads loads, My M1 Max would stutter, it works flawlessly on my new pc

Same. M1 air and a 12400 desktop. Functionally, they're both as fast as I need them to be, which I can't say for the Sandy Bridge workstation I just retired.
