Improved Community Info Screen
The community info page now looks much nicer and contains more information
Improved Home Screen
When logged in the home screen will now by default filter by subscribed. Filter can also now be changed from the tabs at the top of the screen.
Full Screen Image View
Images can now be viewed in full screen with zoom.

There is not yet a way to view subscriptions so i'll add it into a near future update.
I wasn't aware of the memory leak so thank you for telling me about that, I will look into it.
