5800X3D is only cheap by rich countries standards.

Pretty sure they specifically meant the 5800x without 3D, which is actually quite cheap for what it is, in Europe it goes for like half the price of the 5800x3D.

5500 is $145
5600 is $210
5600X is $245
5700X is $300
5800X is $325
5800X3D is $520, only $10 cheaper than the 5900X
