they quit selling the asus b550-i because it doesnt work correctly with rtx4000 series and i think the aorus b550i has issues with usb drop outs.

In 20 years of self-built PCs I don't think I've ever managed to find a motherboard that didn't have some kind of fucked up USB issue.

My Aorus B550i no longer experience USB issues with F17 BIOS. Though Gigabyte do multiple revisions on the same board so not all revisions are guaranteed to be safe from this issue.
