I hadn't really thought about it. I really enjoyed the MCU through Endgame. I don't see movies to be challenged or need it to touch my soul to enjoy them. I feel like I was much more clued into what was coming next with every movie I saw and that they built on each other. I didn't really understand why I lost so much interest in keeping up to date.

Your post makes so much sense, though. They really did break up story flow. It feels like someone let got of the reigns and let directors and writers have too much freedom and lost some of the magic in doing so.
