Hi, I'm looking for a easy to use, selfhosted web services where different members of my company can mark/appoint which day of the week they are gonna be using certain resource, currently we are using a physical whiteboard. I'm looking for something easy, so nextcloud is to overkill just for that. Any suggestions?

Assuming you already have a shared calendar system, just setup a shared calendar for whatever resources you need to schedule.
