So, not sure if this is a Framework or Windows thing, but maybe one of you can help me.

I have my framework setup to hibernate immediately if I close the lid on battery, and for a while it was working great. But recently, it has been randomly resuming and booting back into Windows while it's closed, causing it to get warm and drain the battery a fair bit while it's in my back.

Checking the Eventviewer, it resumes literally instantly. Like, the events for entering and exiting hibernation are both accounted to the same timeframe, with a few events in between.

I have only one USB Device connected, which is the dongle of my mouse, and I have already set that to not wake up the device through device manager.

All logs seem to not show any reason for why it exited hibernation, and Wake Timers are turned off.

Do any of you have any clues to why this might be happening?

Coincidentally while trying to figure this out, I found that there are a lot of logs with no information (Apart from it being related to the intel wifi card) available attested to netwtw12, sometimes these are also sent while the system is supposed to be in hibernation. Could this be a cause, and if so how should I investigate further?

Yeah, Windows 11 is a toddler and wants to be awake. I ended up disabling wireless on sleep, disabled wake timers, disabled windows update on sleep, wake from USB. Finally now it sleeps through the night.

Funny that it has such a hard time sleeping but then also scolds/shames you if you increase the screen/standby time.
