Baffling that Pep hasn't won a manager of the month for 2 years now, his last was December 2021
Not really. They tend to give them to managers who get suprise results or are overachieving, neither pep with the oil money is going to really do often
pep needs to win every game and other managers to not do well. he's expected to win every match
