Police confirmed a suicide note was discovered but would not publicise its details. His widow, Teresa, revealed that her husband had been suffering from depression for six years and was treated by a psychiatrist. After the death of his daughter Lara in 2006, he struggled to cope with the loss.

Once you lose a child, your life will never be the same, no matter how much money, success and friends around you.

That's the one reason I cut some slack to CR on his meltdown before going to Saudi Arabia. Yea he has personal responsibility for the bridges he burned, but I can understand to some extent why he wasn't thinking with clarity.

Agreed. I've seen it firsthand with my younger brother and what it did to my family. There is not a single pain that comes even close to losing your child way before their time. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
