So they are skipping the 8000 series and leaving that for APUs only? I guess they did that for 3000 to 5000 jump.
Also makes me wonder if Zen6 won't be the 10000 series, but a whole new naming scheme.
Hopefully AMD will launch the 10600X and 10600F chips
They also kept the 6000 for APU
Hasn't it basically always been like this? 3xxx, 5xxx, 7xxx and now 9xxx? Usually even #s are APUs and mobile chips (laptops/portable devices).
