My apartment was in a fire and I want to replace my pc that had a 3080 but it's so damn expensive these days. I feel like I'd rather just coast by using gamepass, geforce now, or steam deck. And yes I got insurance money, I'm just struggling to come to grips with gpu prices these days
3080s are generally going for $400 used. you can get even better deals if you're willing to go AMD.
Things aren't as bad as doomers like to claim. Rich redditors don't realize majority of people play on x60 class cards.
Yeah but I kinda wanna upgrade lol. I got an upgrade on everything else for the same or lesser price, couch, bed, tv, desk, desk chair, kitchen appliances. But pc is looking like I'm just gonna be replacing rather than upgrading
