All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.

Oh no, diversity! The absolute horror!
From Nascar own documents on the programs: "Diversity Driver Development Program's "Driver Eligibility" page limited admission to "female[s] or member[s] of one or more of the following ethnic minority classifications: American Indian, Alaskan Native or of native/indigenous descent, Asian or Pacific Islander; Black or African-American; Latino or Hispanic," the petition says. The program for pit crews and the internship program had similar language"
In other words, it specifically discriminated against white males, which is illegal under the Civil Rights Act.
Hiring people because they were born a certain race or sex is a good way to get less qualified candidates.
Is diversity just another word for "not white men"?

Its what the petition says. Hell its what the headline says, that its anti-white man.
