These large language models are getting better and better at producing corporate messages with zero content.

I wonder who’s the intended audience of this?

Corporate speak has always been using lot of words to say very little, it isnt new with AI.

I also don't believe that rumor that the Gollum statement was written by AI, as the sources were just allegedly 2 people claiming they worked at the studio, said they never saw the statement until it was posted, but that it was made by the publisher of the game, and for some reason were told it was written by AI? It seems more likely it was just a person that made the story up to add more fuel to the fire of two hated things at the time. Like let's be real, if you're using AI to write for you, you'd probably never admit to it, especially not talking about it so much that even employees of another company know that's what you were doing. Also with so many heartless corporate statements out there, it's easier to just rewrite someone else's statement than it is to guide an AI to writing one for you and then edit it all to be relevant.
