I finished building my PC. I haven't flashed the bios yet. My mobo came with its own usb. I know it has drivers but...

  1. Does it have bios on it?
  2. Should I use it?
  3. Can I just update the mobo and use windows update for drivers?

I figure it is out of date on the out of box mobo usb and there is newer versions. There is no information about it and the "manual" isn't really a manual. I don't want to use the stock usb thay came with the Motherboard if it's Never had a board with disc or usb as my build is 8 years old.

This is the wrong subreddit for this but usually if you go to the support/drivers section of the manufacturer's webpage for your mobo you can find the latest bios. Often it will include a tool to flash it from within windows so you don't need to use a USB.
