The shitty image quality of FSR, the shitty RT quality on AMD cards

You can just..not use FSR:)

Also RT is shit in any card. You go with RayTracing for it to look better then spend 1000 bucks for a GPU that can't do 30fps but will do 60 with upscaling that makes the game look worse on anything except 4k.
