how to get into football (not to play the sport just watch games etc) (alien.top)

ive been playing fifa for a while and this sport seems so fun to watch. problem is i dont know how to get into it. basketball is pretty straightforward with the NBA, but for football, all the different leagues and awards are confusing me, and idk where to even start. would appreciate some help.

start with one nation level, league like premier league, la liga or whatever. trust me at the end of the year you will know everything about football
