They would get a total of 1380 deducted points.

If the FA relegates them for every 100 points, they would go from the Premier League to the Manchester League Premier Division... but not in the first division. They would be playing in Division 4 of the Manchester Football League, The 4th division of the 11th tier of the football system, or in other words - the 14th division of the english league.

If there are any Man City fans here, would you stick around if this happens?

Yk what? If KDB sticks around Pep sticks around. Hell yeah I'm staying to watch. I'm not a die hard fan but KDB made me like Man city
