Dolphins fan here (I miss my flair) I think the last line there might be the cause of this. With that 49ers styled offense of “always expect the run” it’ll be better to have more running backs than less, especially considering how fragile ours can be. I’m anticipating they threw him a bone for a contract and will most likely not expect him to take it, but money is better than no money so we will see what he says.
