Hey guys/gals/bots! I'm trying to find a self hosted app that would function like a podcast client does... e.g. it has a list of channels subscribed to, sees a new release, downloads it, and prunes stuff that's beyond "X" days old.

What I'm trying to solve is using my exported YouTube subscriptions CSV to do the same. So when I get home from work, all the new videos are already downloaded and can be viewed (then pruned) without streaming.

Trying to search for something like this is bringing up a ton of stuff that is tangentially related at best.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Search for youtube in the awesome-selfhosted list from the sidebar, and simply search youtube in this entire subreddit, easy to find a few things to try.
