Are "computer screen cleaner" products just rebranded isopropyl alcohol? (sopuli.xyz)

Making an informed purchase is important.

When looking for these products, they never specify what their contents are. Yet, I am a very heavy suspicion they are just isopropyl alcohol.

No they aren't using isopropyl alcohol. It's mainly water, a really low concentration of some sort of alcohol and a detergent. (at least the one I have)
