A Japanese court has said that a law requiring surgery to switch genders on a family registry is unconstitutional in a ruling on a case involving a transgender man in central Japan, according to his lawyers.

The real question is, when is the surgery to remove basic human empathy going to be banned? Clearly, you've had the procedure done, and I'd offer my condolences for your condition, but unfortunately you're incapable of properly receiving them.
