The ICC literally has Disney level paranoia, maybe worse, for maintaining control of their intellectual monopoly.

Also BCCI and Greed. I feel the Gen Z and Alpha are not into cricket as previous generation used to be.

well it would help if the powers that be were actually trying to buikd the game in emerging markets. As our consumption of media becomes more global, you need to have content that's actually global.
