Oh yeah, I’m blast my ac when I use it but I’m stateside. I hope you feel better soon!

If it’s legal where you are I’ve had some luck with cannabis for help with sleeping especially.

It’s not legal in the UK unless you can get it on very limited medical grounds.

Yeah, that how I have mine but mostly you don’t want to be in a position to need it imo. Teen me would laugh at me getting tired of being loopy at times. Also the munchies can be a right bitch.
