I'm about as far from Sydney as over can get on the Earth but I'll take a stab...

Possibly an inside message to "JCT" (initials) for something that is happening at 10:05 tonight or tomorrow morning?

Apparently the only skywriter in Sydney is a notorious right wing Christan so it could just as well be a bible reference.
