I'll pass on trans antarctic trips. I'm not a fan of the cold, and it's very cold down there. Now trans Atlantic.... YES!

Those guys going from Denmark to Iceland on longships in 800 a.d. were just toasty warm as well

When I was a kid my mother got me a book on the expedition of the Terror.

I will not be going on a trans arctic or antarctic voyage in a wooden ship.
