Russian President Vladimir Putin has given his Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu until October to stop the Ukrainian counteroffensive, the Institute for the Study of War reports, citing an insider source.

Wait? All this time and no one told the Russian soldiers yet that they are supposed to stop their enemies offensive?

But good, that they finally managed to do that. This will totally solve their problems, now that they know their orders... 🤡
