For those that don't want to watch the video, here is a brief, terrible summary, which is why i posted the video instead:

Johnny Somali is a Kick IRL streamer that has been harassing people in Japan by asking if they remember Fukushima, Nagasaki, and Hiroshima and why they did Pearl Harbor. He also harassed Twitch streamer Meowko saying he's the most famous n**** in Japan, and that "we don't like Twitch streamers" followed with "Bye bye. Get banned bitch," after she started to walk away from him. He also live streamed in Disney Japan which is not allowed while wearing a speaker that chat could play songs and other sounds through, including playing a song that said atomic bomb several times. The thing that got him arrested was him and his friend or cameraman trespassed into a hotel construction site in Osaka while yelling Fukushima to the construction workers. He was temporarily banned on Kick, which only lasted 72 hours before he went back out to do the same dumb shit. In 2 separate instances he was jumped from behind, and punched in the face knocking him and his friend down along with their cameras. Live streamers, youtubers and even Yakuza members have tried to get him to apologize for his behavior, which were all terrible half ass attempts, because honestly this shithead thrives from the attention and is only giving him more views which is exactly what he wants.

IT is 10 minutes, way longer than a short bit of text that could most likely explain the whole thing in less than a minute.
