Italian bread, chipotle mayo, pepperoni, ham, black olives, spicy pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion, smoked provolone, cheddar, black pepper. toasted at 350F for about 20 minutes and at 420 for about 5 minutes.

That thing looks like a monster. Also - I LOVE black olives on a sando. Its 2am here and my stomach is now going off. Thanks OP.
