Thanks for the endorsement. I haven't opened it yet and bought on a lark as much as anything else, so I'm curious how it measures up to the like of Laphroaig.

Laphroaig is really on a podium of its own with its iodine and medicinal/burnt band aid profile. Since there is only so many distilleries on Islay, it’s being sourced from one of them and that narrows it down. Rumor is it’s Bruichladdich but never confirmed.
Totally right. I always have the Laddie 10 on my mind when I am thinking of them. Anyone tried the Black Art series?
